System Prerequisites

To enable YouTube streaming and advanced media processing, AT Music Player Pro requires yt-dlp and ffmpeg to be installed globally on your system.

Windows

Install easily using Windows Package Manager (winget) via Command Prompt or PowerShell as Administrator.

winget install yt-dlp ffmpeg

macOS

The fastest way to install on macOS is using the Homebrew package manager from your terminal app.

brew install yt-dlp ffmpeg

Linux

Use your distribution's native package manager. This example uses APT for Debian/Ubuntu based systems:

sudo apt install yt-dlp ffmpeg
